I was a little hesitant, a little apprehensive, but I came and I am really glad I did ... gives you a sense of wellbeing and that your community is there for you.

All of us human beings feel emotion and being in an environment where we are invited to do that in a way that is safe and you get good feedback and you feel that connection...

This is not something that I think most guys would be like "Ya, Let's go do that," ... but stepping into that vulnerability thing is super uncomfortable and it has a big payout.

I would highly recommend an event and I can't wait to see what the next one is!

Our kids are growing up in a culture where we don't welcome them to reflect, to say how they feel, to say who they see themselves to be -- and to hear him share those answers was so, so moving. 

This event has inspired me to continue connecting with others on a deeper level.
